VacaRenter is dedicated to providing vacation owners with a complete reservation system.  We advertise on all the major search engines as well as other marketing avenues to ensure you a steady stream of rental income.  As owners of vacation properties ourselves we understand the challenges that owners  face.   We have established this website to help you avoid all the headaches of answering the phone and responding to emails.  We take care of the entire reservation process. 

I know you are wondering, how much is the great service going to cost you?  The answer is simple, if we do not generate rentals it will cost you nothing.  There is a $200 annual fee which we deduct from your initial rentals and a small advertising fee per rental as follows:

• $40 for 1 bedroom
• $50 for 2 bedroom
• $60 for 3 bedroom
• $70 for 4 bedroom
• $80 for 5 bedroom or larger

  You pay absolutely nothing upfront!

SPECIAL DEAL:  The first two properties for each location to join we will waive the 1st year annual fee!

How we are Different:

• Joining our site is risk free.  Since you are not charged until we rent your property why not give us a try?

• We handle all aspects of the reservation process including answering prospective tenants questions and responding to emails.

• You can still rent your property on your own, just let us know what dates to block out.

• No rigid property requirements, although VacaRenter has certain standards they are not as unyielding as others.
